Jerry Kramskoy, CEO/CTO & Founder

Jerry began this endeavour with 20+ years’ experience as an architect of global software products for mobile, consumer, & enterprise markets. These products can be found in your pocket (mobile), car (infotainment), and home (BluRay, STBs, DVRs). Jerry is a pioneer, expert, patented inventor, and co-founder of a global software company (Nasdaq & IPO). He has received the Queen’s Award for Technological Achievements twice. Recently, Jerry has lead BBC R&D mobile research and companion screen research. As chair of DVB CM-COS, Jerry sets commercial requirements for companion screen synchronization for Europe (now reflected in HbbTV 2.0). Jerry has been playing the guitar for over 40 years. He is an ex-pro guitarist, has 20 years’ experience as a music instructor, and is a music theory expert.

Thomas Christel, CMO

A senior executive, Thomas has over 25 years’ experience in marketing, innovation, and automation. He has driven strategic planning to tactical execution across both US national and international markets. His experience ranges from startups to Fortune 1000 companies across multiple industries including Healthcare, Education, Technology, and Services. Thomas has worked with recognizable Fortune 1000 companies such as IBM, Accenture, and Career Education Corporation. His startup and entrepreneur experience is driven by WisdomWare Inc. (US), Vivance New Education AG (Swiss), Sales2Inc. (US), and Yooplus srl (Italian) companies. Thomas brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial and marketing skills and experience.
